The District consists of :
Four elementary schools (grades K-5)
One Early Learning Center (grades PS-3)
One elementary STEM academy (grades PS-6)
One middle school (grades 6-8)
One high school (grades 9-12)
One alternative high school
Alliance Academy (a K-8 homeschool partnership program)
The Bremerton School District prides itself on meeting the needs of ALL students. Our Early Childhood Care and Education Partnership with area preschools, FREE All-Day Kindergarten Program, Special Education, and Title I Programs have received state and national recognition. After-school and early-morning tutoring programs are available to help students reach both their educational goals and state standards.
The District also hosts a 1,300 seat Performing Arts Center and the West Sound Technical Skills Center, a regional cooperative career-technical educational program for high school students.
Free All-Day/Half-Day Kindergarten Free all-day Kindergarten is offered at all Bremerton elementary schools and is available to all students, regardless of where they live. Priority will be given to District residents, families who have child care in Bremerton, and residents of Jackson Park Naval housing. Out-of-District students will be accepted as space permits.
K-4 Spanish Immersion ProgramNaval Avenue Early Learning Center is proud to offer an Elementary Spanish Immersion program K- 4th grade. We also offer an opportunity to visit the Spanish Immersion class to parents who may be interested in observing the program to determine whether or not this would be a good fit for their child.
